Method

Toast burger buns on a preheated flat pan.

Fry K&N’s Thunder Fillets as per instructions on pack.

Spread mayonnaise on a burger bun and top it with lettuce leaves fried K&N’s Thunder Fillet, cheese slice, burger salad and tomato slices. 

Drizzle burger sauce. Apply mayonnaise on the bun cap and close the burger. 

Your tasty Thunder Burger is ready to serve.

 

For Burger Salad:

Add the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Your burger salad is ready. Set it aside.

  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Castor sugar - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Paprika - ½ tsp 
  • Ketchup - ¼ cup
  • Jalapeno - ½ tbsp; minced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  •  

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Your classic burger sauce is ready. Set aside.
