Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
Push a skewer through the center of each sausage and slit each piece using a knife in a spiral pattern, down the length of skewer, spaced 3/4-inch (2 cm) apart.
Take crescent roll dough and roll it into a flat sheet. Cut strips about 1/2-inch (1 cm) wide.
Use it to fill the gaps on each skewer and brush with egg wash.
Preheat oven at 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
Bake for 6-7 minutes at 160°C or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or any dipping sauce of your choice.
