Bring slightly salty water to boil; add potatoes in it.
Boil for 5 to 6 minutes then add peas and carrots boil for another 5 minutes.
Drain the water and set aside.
In a pan heat ghee, add onion and cook until light golden brown. Add cumin, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Then add tomato puree, tomato paste, salt, coriander powder, paprika, red chili powder and turmeric and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add K&N’s Stok cube, garam masala and cauliflower, water as required and let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add boiled potatoes, peas and carrot in the gravy and mix well.
Add half cup water and cook for 10 - 12 minutes on medium low flame.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
