Fry K&N's Tender Pops as per instructions given on the pack and set aside.
Heat a wok, add water and bring to boil.
Add all the vegetables and spices other than spring onions and cook them for 3 minutes.
Bring all the ingredients to boil.
Mix corn flour with 1 cup of water in a separate bowl.
Add corn flour mixture to the boiling soup while stirring continuously. Simmer till the soup thickens.
Keep stirring while gradually adding whisked eggs to the soup.
Lastly, add fried Tender Pops and spring onion leaves, and cook for an additional minute.
Season soup with red chilli sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white vinegar and salt.
