Prepare K&N’s Tikka Toppingz ‘n Fillingz as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
Add pizza sauce evenly in the center of prepared naan and brush the edges with egg wash. Then spread mozzarella cheese and K&N’s Tikka Topping ‘n Fillingz.
Add onion, green bell pepper, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper and generously top with sweet corns, olives and jalapeno.
Add some more K&N’s Tikka Toppingz ‘n Fillingz.
Cover the pan and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
Your tikka pizza naan is ready to serve.
In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, yeast, baking soda, sugar, yogurt, oil and mix well. Gradually add water and knead into soft tacky dough.
Grease with oil. Cover and set aside for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Divide dough into 4 equal sizes and make balls. Cover again with damp cloth and rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Take one ball, roll it out and punch marks with a fork.
Heat a flat pan. Place the rolled out naan and cook on low medium flame from both sides.
