Method

Fry K&N's Chapli Kababs as per instructions given on the pack.

Heat a pan and add butter in it.

Add boiled rice noodles and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.

Stir the noodles well and sauté for 2 minutes.

Transfer the noodles onto a plate.

Arrange cooked K&N's Chapli Kababs on the noodles.

Heat the pesto sauce and pour over Chapli Kababs.

Garnish with pine nuts and serve hot.

Pesto Sauce
Yield: 2 cup  |  Preparation: 10 min  |  Cooking: 4 min

Method

In a blender, combine basil, coriander and green chilli. Blend into a coarse paste.

Heat a pan and add butter to it.

Add garlic and onions and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the herb and chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes, then add cream and cook until sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper. Add pine nuts and serve as required.

Serve K&N's Chapli Kabab lathered in Pesto Sauce on a bed of rice noodles, garnished with pine nuts.
