Karahi (Wok): Preheat oil to frying temperature (180°C/355°F). Deep fry frozen Filleto for 4~6 minutes, or until fully cooked.
OR
Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F). Bake frozen Filleto on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 12~15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Caution: Product should not be fried on high heat; this will cause the product to appear dark while leaving the meat uncooked.
