This is a ready-to-cook (uncooked) product; for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) as measured by a meat thermometer. Procedure:
Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not defrost Frying Pan: Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry frozen Chapli Kabab over medium heat, turning until cooked.
OR Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C (446°F). Bake frozen Chapli Kabab on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 6 minutes or until cooked.
