Method

Cut French bread into 3/4 inch thick slices. Add butter to the pan and toast the slices as per your preference. .

Fry K&N's Blazin' Bars as per instructions on pack.

Lay a toasted bread slice; add generous amount of salsa sauce, top it with shredded lettuce and add 1-2 fried K&N's Blazin' Bars.

Garnish with shredded lettuce on top and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 5-6; quartered
  • Onion –  ½ medium sized; roughly chopped
  • Jalapeño pepper – 1; seeded and roughly chopped
  • Garlic cloves – 2; minced
  • Coriander –  1 cup; chopped
  • Lemon juice – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
Method

Add all ingredients to a blender until salsa is blended to your liking – chunky, slightly chunky, or smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
