Thaw K&N’s Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack.
Line a pan with parchment paper; lightly grease with oil and set aside.
In a bowl, put shredded potatoes in piece of cloth/dish towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat oven at 200°C.
In a pan, melt butter, add shredded potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes on low medium flame. Transfer in a bowl and let it cool.
Add salt, all-purpose flour, onion powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Pour mixture in greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Remove crust from oven and top with K&N’s Bologna Slices, mozzarella cheese, green, red and yellow bell pepper and eggs.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until eggs are done to desired consistency.
