Chicken Tikka Chunks Masala
Add a layer of mac & cheese to the bottom of a serving bowl.
Top with prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks masala and repeat the layering process; garnish with green bell pepper, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle red chilli flakes and bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 180°C. Garnish with parsley.
Mac & Cheese Chicken Tikka Bowl is ready to serve.
Chicken Tikka Chunks Masala
Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a pan, heat oil, add garlic, onion and cook for a minute.
Add tomato puree, black pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, garlic powder, red chilli powder, tomato paste and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks. Sprinkle oregano, basil and coriander leaves on top.
Mix well until K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks are fully coated in sauce. Set aside.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan and add all-purpose flour. Cook for a minute over medium-low heat.
Gradually add milk and stir gently until mixture comes to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and stir well.
Turn heat to very low, add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Add cooked Macaroni and mix well.
