Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack. Set aside
In a wok heat oil and roast cashew nuts for a minute, take them out.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic for a minute then add whole red chillies and fry.
Add ketchup, salt, red chilli powder, sriracha sauce, vinegar, sugar, red chilli flakes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add green and red bell peppers. Sauté for a minute.
Add boiled egg noodles andstir well to combine.
Add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks and roasted cashew nuts to the wok.
Stir until everything is coated in the sauce evenly.
Remove from heat. Dish out and garnish noodles with spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve.
