In a skillet, heat oil, add garlic, ginger and cook until garlic starts to turn brown.
Add ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli paste and mix well. Add water and let it simmer.
Add K&N’s Stok and cook until it dissolves.
Add bell pepper, carrot, and onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack and add to the sauce.
Add red chilli flakes and mix well.
Top it with cheddar cheese and let it melt. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and serve.
