Heat oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms, remove from pan and set aside.
For white mushroom sauce, melt butter in a pan.
Add onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add garlic, water, K&N’s Stok, white pepper powder and black pepper powder, thyme and mix well until K&N’s Stok is dissolved.
Add cream, sautéed mushrooms and cook for 4-5 mins. White mushroom sauce is ready.
Fry K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack and add to white sauce.
Combo wings with mushroom sauce is ready. Serve with garlic rice.
