Thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in pan on high flame.
Add Frankfurter Sausage and cook, turning occasionally, until brown all over. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
Combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and Frankfurters with cream cheese. Drizzle with the dressing.
Garnish salad with tarragon leaves, spring onions and a final dash of coarse black pepper.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well.
