Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions on pack. Cut half of them into small chunks and set aside.
Cut the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll into a flat base and cut into a square.
Place Frankfurter Sausages diagonally on edges of flatbread and roll it inward until fully covered.
Spread pizza sauce and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, sweet corn, chopped Frankfurter Sausages and olives.
Cover the top with strips of dough.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes at 170°C or until crust turns golden brown.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
