Thaw K&N’s Chicken Frankfurter as per instructions on pack. Cut into small chunks. Keep aside.
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes, salt, olive oil and vegetables. Mix well and set aside.
Add yogurt egg mixture into this and mix well.
Grease muffin tray.
Pour mixture into muffin tray, top it with chopped Frankfurter Sausage and add a layer of mixture again. Evenly spread cheddar cheese on top and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
