Prepare K&N’s Kabab Tikki as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a pan, add tamarind pulp and roasted masala; cook for a minute. Add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Cut buns in half; spread green chutney and a layer of mashed potatoes on base of bun.
Top with K&N’s Kabab Tikki and onion and cover with other half of bun.
Place Bun Kabab on a serving plate, spread mashed potatoes on side and garnish with sev and pomegranate.
In a pan, add all spices and roast for 1-2 minutes. Grind to make fine powder.
