Prepare K&N’s Kofta home-style as per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in a skillet; sauté onion, add ginger garlic paste, yellow and green bell pepper and mix well.
Add tomato puree and tomato paste. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, paprika powder, sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Add K&N’s Kofta and mix well.
Add eggs, cover the pan and cook 5-8 minutes on low flame or until sauce gets thick and dark.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
