Thaw K&N's Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack.

On a slice of bread, spread mayonnaise and layer with tomato and cucumber slices.

Place rolled Mortadella Slices.

Top with some mayonnaise, half fried egg and grilled pineapple slice.

Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, top the sandwich with a slice of bread and serve.
