Thaw K&N's Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack.

Halve each bun, and assemble the burgers by layering each with ½ tbsp pizza sauce, 2 thawed Mortadella Slices, onion ring, tomato slice, capsicum ring, mushroom slice and 1 tbsp pizza cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven for 3-4 minutes at 250°C and serve with a dip of your choice.
