Thaw K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack.
Grease a baking dish with butter; lay a French toast slice, cheddar cheese slice, K&N’s Mortadella slices, chopped bell pepper and sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano.
Top with remaining cheese slices and French toast slices along with reserved egg mixture and add shredded cheddar cheese; sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano again.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Your Savory Mortadella Stuffed French Toast is ready. Garnish with green onion and serve.
In a bowl, add eggs, milk, black pepper powder, salt and whisk it well.
Dip bread slices in mixture, flipping once to make sure they are well-coated. Reserve some egg mixture for later use.
In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat and place bread slices on it. Cook until golden brown on each side.
