Divide boiled spaghetti into two halves.
Fry K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack.
In a bowl, add one half of boiled spaghetti, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pasta water and toss well. Seasoned spaghetti is ready.
To Serve
Option 1:
In a plate, pour red sauce, add seasoned spaghetti, broccoli, parsley, K&N’s Nuggets and serve.
Option 2:
Add red sauce in the other half of boiled spaghetti and mix well. Dish out on a plate, garnish with mozzarella cheese, parsley and top it with Nuggets. Serve.
Blend tomatoes to make a puree.. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion and cook until translucent.
Add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder and red chilli flakes; cook for 7-8 minutes over medium flame.
Add ketchup and oregano; cook for 1-2 minutes over medium high flame. Red sauce is ready. Reserve 1 cup for later use.
