In a pot, boil spaghetti until 85% done. Drain spaghetti water and reserve 1 cup for later use. Place boiled spaghetti into an empty bowl and set aside.
Thaw K&N’s Pastrami Strips as per instructions on pack. Chop into small square pieces and set aside (reserve some for garnish).
In a bowl, add eggs, parmesan cheese powder, salt, black pepper powder and milk. Whisk until well combined. Egg mixture is ready.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds. Add egg mixture and stir continuously for 3 minutes over medium flame.
Add boiled spaghetti. Stir and cook for 2-4 minutes on low flame.
Add chopped Pastrami Strips, spaghetti water and mix well until the sauce has thickened while tossing frequently. Add more pasta water if needed.
Garnish with chopped Pastrami Strips, parmesan cheese and parsley and serve hot.
