Method

Thaw K&N’s Pepperoni Slices as per instructions on pack and chop 4-5 of them into small squares.

Make 16 balls of around 32g each from the dough.

Roll out each ball into a circle, place a whole K&N’s Pepperoni Slice, add filling and chopped K&N’s Pepperoni Slices over it.

Add cheese on top and combine the edges of dough to make a ball shape.

Grease baking tray with oil. Place dough balls in a baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.

Garnish with sesame seeds. Cheesy Pull Apart Sliders are ready.

 

For Dough

In a bowl; add all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, yeast, egg, butter, oil, milk and mix well.

Gradually add water and knead into smooth dough. Grease with oil. Cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 25 to 30 minutes or until double in size.

Ingredients

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1½ tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - 1 cup; chopped
  • Green chillies - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Green bell pepper - 1 cup; chopped
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder - ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Method

In a pan, heat oil; add garlic, onion and cook until translucent.

Add green chillies, green bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder and lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients well and cook for another minute. Your filling is ready.
