Ingredients
- K&N's Bologna Slices - 20 slices
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- French bread - 20 slices; toasted
- Garlic mayonnaise - 5 tsp
- Pineapple rings - 10; halved
- Parsley - 20 leaves
- Glacé cherries - for garnishing
- Black pepper - as required; ground
Method
Thaw K&N's Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in a pan and toast French bread slices.
Spread garlic mayo on the toasted French bread.
Top each slice with a Bologna Slices wrapped on pineapple ring.
Garnish with parsley leaves and top each toast with a glacé cherry.
Season with black pepper and serve.
