Ingredients
- K&N’s Bologna Slices - 14-16 slices
- Potatoes - 1 cup; julienned
- Egg whites - 3
- Coriander - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1 cup; sliced
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsbp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Egg yolks - 6
Method
Thaw K&N’s Bologna Slices as per instructions on pack and julienne cut them.
In a bowl add potatoes, K&N’s Bologna Slices, egg whites, coriander, corn flour, white pepper powder, onion, salt, chaat masala and mix well. Bologna Veggies Mixture is ready.
In a pan, heat oil and add prepared bologna veggies mixture in small circular shape. Lay egg yolk in the center.
Cook each side for 4-5 minutes or until veggies are done. Vegetable Egg Fritters with Bologna are ready.
