Ingredients
  • K&N's Breakfast Sausage - 12 sausages
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - ¼ cup; sliced
  • Ginger - 2 tbsp; julienned
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp; crushed
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree - ¼ cup
  • Black seeds - ½ tsp
  • Green chilli - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Chicken stock - 1 cup; 2 cubes K&N's Stok dissolved in 1 cup water
  • Potato - 2 cups; boiled and sliced
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp

 

Method

Halve frozen K&N's Breakfast Sausage and set aside.

In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until soft.

Then add ginger, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder and stir to mix.

Add tomato puree and mix well to combine.

Mix in black seeds and green chilli.

Add Breakfast Sausage and sauté for a minute, stirring well to mix.

Add chicken stock, mix well and add the boiled potatoes.

Mix together and let cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add coriander leaves and garam masala.

Mix together and serve hot with flatbread.
