Breakfast Sausage Boat Sandwich

Ingredients

  • K&N’s Breakfast Sausage - 6-8 sausages
  • Oil - for frying
  • Bread - 6-8 slices
  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup

Method

On a cutting board, gently roll out bread slices with the help of a rolling pin. Take the opposite edges of the bread and insert a toothpick through it. Repeat the process for all slices.

Brush the butter mixture on the bread slices generously. Bake it in a preheated oven for 5 - 6 minutes at 180°C.

Spread cheese mixture in the baked bread boats.

Thaw K&N’s Breakfast Sausage as per instructions on pack and place it in the middle of the bread boat.

Drizzle mayo mustard sauce on top. Breakfast Sausage Boat Sandwich is ready to serve.

Butter Mixture
Ingredients

  • Basil leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1½ tbsp; minced
  • Butter - ½ cup; melted

Method

In a small bowl, add melted butter, basil, and minced garlic. Mix it properly.

 

Cheese Mixture
Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese - 2 cups; grated
  • Oregano - 1 tbsp
  • Heavy cream - ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Paprika powder - 2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1½ tsp

 Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
