Ingredients
  • Breakfast Sausage- 8 sausages
  • Egg yolks - 10
  • Heavy cream - 1½ cup
  • Onions - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Carrots - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Cabbage - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp; crushed
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste

 

Method

Slice frozen K&N's Breakfast Sausage and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, and mix cream in it. Then add onions, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, black pepper, salt and mix again.

Add the sliced Breakfast Sausage and mix.

Shift the mixture to a baking dish, place one Breakfast Sausage on the mixture and set to bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
