Ingredients
- K&N's Breakfast Sausage - 8 sausages
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes - ¼ cup; medium diced
- Pesto Pasta - 1½ cup; boiled
- Pesto Sauce - ¼ cup
Method
Thaw K&N's Breakfast Sausage as per instructions on pack, slice and set aside.
Heat oil and gently sauté tomatoes. Then add Pesto pasta and sauce, cook for 2 minutes.
Add sliced Breakfast Sausage; continue to stir and cook for 1 minute.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve warm.
Pesto Sauce:
Ingredients
- Fresh Basil - ¼ cup
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Parmesan Cheese - 1½ tbsp; grated
- Cashew Nuts - ¼ cup; unroasted
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
Method
Mix and grind ingredients into a thick sauce.
