Ingredients
  • K&N's Breakfast Sausage - 4 sausages
  • Unsalted butter - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp; to grease and drizzle
  • Hash brown potatoes - 4
  • Eggs - 2
  • Chopped parsley - ¼ tsp; for garnishing

 

Method

Thaw and heat K&N's Breakfast Sausage as per instructions on pack, and slice them.

Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Heat butter in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.

Pour eggs into the pan, wait for 30 seconds or until mixture starts to set at the base, then using a spatula, fold the cooked side onto the uncooked side.

Continue cooking and folding for 3 minutes or until eggs are almost done. Remove from heat.

Transfer scrambled eggs to a plate with hash brown potatoes.

Top with sliced Breakfast Sausages and garnish with parsley.
