  • K&N's Breakfast Sausage - 12 sausages
  • Bread Slices - 8 – 12
  • Eggs - 3
  • Cinnamon Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Milk - ¼ cup
  • Butter - 1 tbsp

Method

Thaw K&N's Breakfast Sausages as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Trim the crust of bread slices, and roll each flat, with a rolling pin. Then place a Breakfast Sausage on each and roll.

In a bowl whisk together eggs, cinnamon powder, salt and milk for coating.

In a pan melt butter. Dip each sausage roll in egg mixture and shallow-fry till golden.

Serve fresh with sour cream or condiments of your choice.
