- K&N's Burger Patties – 2 patties
- Eggs - 2
- Red chilli - to taste; crushed
- Salt - to taste
- Yellow food color - ¼ tsp
- Bread - 6 slices
- Mayonnaise - as required
- Potato filling - as required
- Cheddar cheese - 4 Slices
- Lettuce - as required
- Butter - 1 tbsp
Whisk eggs and add crushed red chilli, salt and food color. Pour mixture in a pan to make omelette. When ready; fold edges of omelette inwards into a square patty, and heat both sides to secure shape.
Fry K&N's Burger Patties as per instructions on pack.
Trim crust of bread slices and spread mayonnaise. Assemble sandwich by stacking potato filling, a slice of cheddar cheese, omelette, another slice of bread, lettuce, fried Burger Patty, another slice of cheese and finally top with a bread slice.
Melt butter in grilling pan and grill both sides of sandwich.
Secure shape with food picks and serve warm.
- Potatoes - 2; boiled and mashed
- Salt - to taste
- Red chilli - ½ tsp; crushed
- White pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Carrot - ¼ cup; finely chopped
- Cucumber - ¼ cup; finely chopped
Take mashed potatoes and add salt, crushed red chilli, white pepper powder, chilli sauce, coriander, carrot and cucumber. Mix all and set aside.
