- K&N’s Burger Patties - 2-3 patties
- Donuts - 2-3
- Lettuce leaves - as required
- Cheddar cheese slices - as required
- Tomatoes - as required; sliced
- Onion rings - as required
- Burger sauce - as required
For Burger Sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 1½ cup
- Honey dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Cucumber pickle - 3 tbsp; chopped
- Onion - 3 tbsp; chopped
- Hot sauce - 1½ tbsp
- Iceberg lettuce - ¼ cup; chopped
Take a donut, cut it into two halves and spread burger sauce on it.
Fry K&N’s Burger Patties as per instructions on pack.
On one half, lay lettuce, K&N’s Burger Patty, cheddar cheese slice, tomatoes and onion rings.
Place the other half of the donut on top. Your Donut Burger is ready.
For Burger Sauce:
Add all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. Your burger sauce is ready.
- Warm milk - 1¼ cups
- Granulated sugar - ¼ cup
- Egg - 1
- Yeast - 2 tsp
- All-purpose flour - 3¼ cups
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Butter - ½ cup
- Oil (for frying) - as required
In a glass, pour warm milk, add sugar, egg and yeast. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Yeast mixture is ready.
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, yeast mixture, butter and knead into dough.
Cover with cling film and let it rest for 30-35 minutes near a warm place or until doubled in size.
Divide dough into 8 equal parts. Lightly flatten the dough, make a hole in the center and give it a donut shape. Let it rest for 10 minutes before frying.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the donuts on medium-low flame until light golden in color and set aside.
