Ingredients
- K&N's Burger Patties - 1 patty
- Cocktail sauce - to taste
- Iceberg or green lettuce leaves - ½ bunch
- Pineapple - 1 slice
- Cream cheese - ½ tsp; for garnishing
- Red cherry - 1; for garnishing
- Burger bun - 1
Method
Fry K&N's Burger Patty as per instructions on pack.
Meanwhile, grill the pineapple slice in a separate pan.
Assemble burger by layering the fried patty, lettuce and grilled pineapple in the bun with a large dollop of cocktail sauce.
Garnish with cream cheese and red cherry.
Serve with fries and coleslaw.
Cocktail Sauce:

Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- White vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt - ⅛ tsp or to taste
- Tabasco sauce - 2-3 dashes (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Taste and add additional salt if desired. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavours to blend before serving.
Do not keep refrigerated more than 3-4 days.
