- K&N's Burger Patties - 4 patties
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Cheddar Cheese - 2 cups; grated
- Parmesan Cheese - ½ cup; grated
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard Paste - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Macaroni - 2 cups; boiled
- Plain Flour - for coating
- Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Eggs - for coating
- Bread Crumbs - for coating
Melt butter in a pan and add cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, mustard paste, red chilli powder, garlic powder, and milk. Stir to mix till cheese melts.
Add macaroni and mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till cheese thickens.
Transfer to a flat dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Once cold, cut out patties from Mac n' Cheese.
In a separate bowl add salt and black pepper to plain flour. Coat each cut-out patty in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and then fry till golden.
Fry K&N's Burger Patties as per instructions on pack.
Assemble the bun by placing a mac n’ cheese patty, lettuce, onion rings, tomato rings, Burger Patty, and then finish with a mac n' cheese patty on the top. Secure with food-picks.
Serve warm with condiments of your choice.
