Ingredients

  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 7 kababs
  • Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger - ¼ cup; julienned
  • Mushrooms - ¼ cup; halved
  • Green chilli - ½ cup; julienned
  • Spring onions - ¼ cup; sliced
  • Lemon - 1; sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Red & yellow capsicum - ½ each
Method

Fry K&N's Chapli Kababs as per instructions on pack, and cut into strips.

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté ginger until soft.

Mix in mushrooms, Chapli Kabab strips, green chilli and spring onions.

Add lemon slices, sesame seeds and mix well.

Add capsicums and stir till vegetables become tender.

Serve hot.
