Ingredients
  • K&N’s Chapli Kabab - 8-10 kababs
  • Oil - for frying
  • Bread - 16-20 slices
  • Egg - 1; for egg wash
  • Mozzarella cheese - as required; grated
  • Breadcrumb mixture - as required
 
Method

Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Roll out bread slices with a rolling pin until thin, then cut the bread according to the size of K&N’s Chapli Kabab. 

Place bread slice, K&N’s Chapli Kabab, grated mozzarella cheese and top it with another bread slice. Secure edges with egg wash.

Dip bread cutlet in beaten egg and then roll it in breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry bread cutlets until lightly brown. Serve warm.

 

Breadcrumb Mixture
Ingredients
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Paprika powder - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
 
Method

In a bowl, add bread crumbs, red chilli flakes, salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder and mix properly.
