- K&N’s Chapli Kabab - 6-7 kababs
- Mayonnaise - ½ cup
- Lettuce leaves - a bunch
- Spicy mayo sauce - ½ cup
- Tomatoes - 1; julienned
- Cucumber - 1; julienned
Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack and cut into strips.
Make a slit on the bun from the center; make sure not to detach the bun top from bottom.
Assemble by placing a lettuce leaf on the bun, drizzle spicy mayo sauce and then top it with K&N’s Chapli Kabab strips, tomatoes and cucumber.
Drizzle more mayonnaise and spicy mayo sauce over the toppings. Chapli Kabab Buns are ready. Serve.
- Water - ½ cup; warm
- Yeast - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp / to taste
- Sugar - 1½ tbsp
- Oil -2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups
- Breadcrumbs - as required
In a bowl, add water, yeast and mix well. Add salt, sugar and mix again.
Add oil, all-purpose flour and gradually add water; knead into smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Brush some oil onto a flat surface and roll the dough into an oval shape.
Brush with oil and cover with bread crumbs. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
