Ingredients
- K&N's Chapli Kabab - 4 kababs
- Brinjal - 250 grams; sliced
- Bell pepper - 3; ring slices
- Black pepper - 1 pinch; freshly ground
- Tomato puree - 6 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - ¼ cup
- Fresh parsley - ½ tbsp; chopped
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil - 1 tsp
Method
Layer an ovenproof dish with 2 frozen K&N's Chapli Kabab, 3 bell pepper rings, 3 brinjal slices.
Repeat the layering.
Sprinkle black pepper and pour tomato puree.
Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley and salt.
Drizzle cooking oil all across the plate.
Bake in a preheated oven, for 15 minutes, at 250°C and serve.
