- K&N’s Chapli Kabab - 6-7 kababs
- Tortillas - 8 or as required
- Vegetable mixture - as required
- Egg mixture - as required
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 cups; shredded
- Honey mayo sauce - as required
- Parsley - for garnishing
- Tomatoes - for garnishing
For Egg Mixture
- Eggs - 6
- Milk - ¼ cup
- Parsley - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Salt - 1 pinch
For Honey Mayo Sauce
- Mayonnaise -1 cup
- Jalapenos - ¼ cup; chopped
- Parsley - ¼ cup; chopped
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Hot sauce - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.
Place tortilla sheets on a greased baking tray in a way that they are half out of the baking tray.
Place K&N’s Chapli Kabab and vegetable mixture on it.
Pour egg mixture and add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Wrap tortilla sheets to cover the filling completely.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Cut a slice, top with honey mayo sauce and garnish with parsley and tomatoes. Serve.
For Egg Mixture
In a bowl, add eggs, milk, parsley, salt and whisk well. Egg mixture is ready.
For Honey Mayo Sauce
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Honey mayo sauce is ready.
- Bell pepper - 1 cup; julienned
- Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
- Tomatoes - ½ cup; julienned
- Onion - 1 cup; sliced
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp / to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and cover for 15 minutes.
