Ingredients

  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 2 kababs
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Rice noodles - 100 grams; boiled
  • Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste
  • White pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Pesto sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Pine nuts - 1 tsp

 

Method

Fry K&N's Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Melt butter in a pan; add boiled rice noodles. Sprinkle salt and pepper, saute for 2 minutes.

Transfer noodles onto a plate. Arrange cooked K&N's Chapli Kababs on the noodles.

Heat pesto sauce and pour over arranged Chapli Kabab.

Garnish with pine nuts and serve hot.

 

Pesto Sauce

Yield:  2 cup  |  Cooking:  4 min
 

Ingredients

  • Basil paste - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander paste - ½ tbsp
  • Green chilli paste - 4 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 tsp; finely chopped
  • Fresh cream - 1 cup
  • Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste
  • White pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Pine nuts - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp

 

Method

In a blender, add basil, coriander and green chilli. Blend into a coarse paste.

Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and onion; sauté for 2 minutes.

Add herb and chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add cream and cook until sauce thickens.

Season with salt and pepper. Add pine nuts and serve as required.
