Ingredients
  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 2 kababs
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic mayo - 2 tbsp
  • Pita bread - 1
  • Lettuce - 200 grams
  • Tomatoes - 2; diced
  • Cucumber - ½; thinly sliced
  • Spring onion - 1; sliced
 
Method

Fry K&N's Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Meanwhile, toast pita bread and cut into two halves. Slice along the straight edge to form two pockets.

Fill pita pockets with freshly cooked Chapli Kabab and garlic mayo.

Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions.

Serve hot.
