Ingredients
  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 4-6 kababs
  • Italian bread - 4-6; sliced
  • Garlic mayo sauce - as required
  • Coleslaw - as required
  • Cheddar cheese slices - 2-3
  • French fries - as required
  • Tomato - as required; sliced

 

For Coleslaw

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Cabbage - 1 cup; shredded
  • Carrot - ½ cup; julienned
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Icing sugar - 1½ tsp
 
Method

Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Toast Italian bread in a preheated pan until crispy. Set aside.

Spread garlic mayo sauce ona bread slice and place Chapli Kabab.

Top it with cheddar cheese slice, French fries, coleslaw and tomato slices.

Place another bread slice on top and serve.

 

For Coleslaw

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, cabbage, carrot, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, icing sugar and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.

 

Garlic Mayo Sauce
 
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Garlic - ½ tbsp; chopped
  • Parsley - 2 tsp; chopped
  • Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
 
Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Your garlic mayo sauce is ready.
