Ingredients
  • K&N's Chicken Tempura - 15 pieces
  • Spaghetti - 2 cups; boiled
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
  • Soy Sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Chilli - 1 ½ tsp
  • Corn Flour - 2 tbsp; mixed in ½ cup water
  • Green Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Mixed Capsicum - ½ cup; julienned

 

Method

Heat oil and add garlic, ginger, carrot, soy sauce, brown sugar and crushed red chilli.

Mix well and add cornflour. Continue stirring to cook till sauce thickens.

Then add boiled noodles, green onion and mixed capsicum, and mix to coat in sauce.

Fry K&N's Chicken Tempura as per instructions on pack; add to spaghetti, and mix.

Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, and serve warm.
