Butter Garlic Tikka Skillet with Spaghetti

Ingredients
  • K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 700g
  • Oil - as required
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Parsley - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Lemon slices - as required
 
Method

Heat K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack.

Heat butter in a skillet and add garlic, cook for a minute.

Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and cook for another minute. Add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks to the skillet and mix until well coated.

Shift K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks to one side of the skillet and add seasoned spaghetti on the other side.

Garnish with fresh parsley, lemon slices and serve. Butter Garlic Tikka skillet with spaghetti is ready.

 
Seasoned Spaghetti
Ingredients
  • K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
  • Water - as required
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Spaghetti - 1 packet
  • Butter - ½ cup
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Pasta water - 1 cup
  • Thyme dried - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
 
Method

In a pot; heat water, add salt, oil and mix well. Bring to a boil.

Add spaghetti until 80% done. Strain through chilled water and set aside. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water for later use.

In a skillet heat butter and add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and cook for another minute.

Add reserved pasta water and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add K&N’s Stok and cook until it dissolves.

Stir in boiled spaghetti and toss well for 1-2 minutes in the prepared sauce.

Add salt, thyme, black pepper powder and mix well. Seasoned spaghetti is ready.
