Ingredients
- K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks – 200 grams
- Macaroni - 200 grams; boiled
- Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
- Green onion - ¼ cup; chopped
- Cucumber - ¼ cup; chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato - ½ cup; chopped
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Ketchup - ½ cup
- Bell pepper (red and green) - ½ cup; chopped
Method
Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per Instructions on the pack.
In a pan, heat oil and add onion sauté for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, black pepper, salt, chilli sauce, lemon juice, tomato ketchup and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
Add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks, bell pepper and cook for a minute.
Add boiled macaroni and mix well. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
