- K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 200gms
- Panini bread - as required
- Tomato - 1; sliced
- Olives - 1/4 cup; sliced
- Jalapeno - 1/4 cup; sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - as required; shredded
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Honey - 2 tbsp
Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
Take panini bread and cut it into two parts.
Spread honey mustard sauce, tomatoes, olives, jalapeno, cheddar cheese, ketchup on it.
Top it with prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks and drizzle honey mustard sauce on top.
Grease a grill pan with oil, place sandwich on it and grill from both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
Your Chicken Tikka Panini is ready to serve.
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, red chilli flakes and honey.
Mix all ingredients well and honey mustard sauce is ready. Set aside.
- Ketchup - 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Add ketchup, mayonnaise, cream, salt, garlic powder, red chilli flakes, lemon juice and black pepper powder in a bowl.
Whisk everything well. Your garlic mayo is ready. Set aside.
