- K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 400gm
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes puree - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Tikka masala - 2 tbsp
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Cream - 4 tbsp
- Coal - for smoke
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
- Rice - 3 cups; cooked
- Hot mayo sauce - as required
For Rice
- K&N’s Stok - 1
- Rice - 2 cups: soaked
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 cup; sliced
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - ¼ cup; chopped
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Whole spice mix - ½ tsp
- Green chillies - 2; chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Prepare K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste for a minute.
Add tomato puree, salt, lemon juice, white pepper powder and tikka masala.
Cook gravy on medium-low heat for 8 to 9 minutes.
Add yogurt, cream and mix well.
Add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks and cook for 2 minutes.
Heat coal, put a foil cup in the pan, place hot coal, drizzle oil on top and smoke for 2-3 minutes.
Dish out prepared rice in a serving tray and top it with Chicken Tikka Chunks gravy. Drizzle hot mayo sauce and serve hot.
For Rice
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, cumin seeds, whole spice mix, green chillies, salt and cook for a minute.
Add K&N’s Stok and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add water if required.
Add soaked rice and let it boil uncovered on medium-low flame.
When water almost dries out, cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
Your rice is ready.

- Salt - to taste
- Garlic powder - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tbsp
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder, sriracha sauce and mix it well.
